MC Command Center modules for The Sims 4 Thank you for considering supporting my work on the Sims 4! My goal with MC Command Center was to provide missing story progression to the Sims 4 as well as give the player the ability to fine-tune their playing experience to be more 'fun' for their play-style.

Want a new pack? Not sure which pack or computer to buy? ♢ Practical links. Press ctrl+shift+c to open the command bar and type 'mcsettings' (normally this is the menu you get to by clicking on a computer and selecting the MC Settings option, but that's broken right now with the most recent patch)Select the MC Tuner optionSelect the Stop Annoying Actions optionSelect the Annoying Categories optionToggle anything you want sims to stop doing autonomously.
Note if you toggle the computer setting, all sims will stop using the computer randomly. You can still order any playable sim to use them, but no one will leave your party to go play blicblock anymore.
Did you notice that a few posts up, we had talked about right now MC Occult being dependent on MC Pregnancy being deployed on your machine to work correctly?Specifically, #6782,.I just searched and saw that - I was going to post that I figured out my issue but you beat me to it.It may help to have that noted on the main page? I looked there and didn't see it - started to wonder so I tried searching the comments and saw that prior post.I was having issues trying to figure out why it wasn't working in my game and read so many comments before I tried pulling it out - I just didn't read this last page- my bad.drpepper24th Dec 2015 9:43 PM.
The only way I would expect to see that is if the MC Population setting for 'Male Percentage' was set to 0%. If you did that, you'd only see female/female families generated. I have seen MANY 'Single Mother' families generated, which is a Single Mom, a teenager (male or female) and a child (male or female). In certain day/time-of-day/location scenarios, the game will generate a lot of these families. That's the single-most common multiple-Sim household I've seen generated.
My most common household is the single-sim household due to 'Pizza delivery', 'Mail Person', 'Bartender', 'Trainer', etc. Filters for needed roles to be filled.Started a new game and I don't see it happening. I'm still using the old save (I can't bring myself to not use it); but no problems.

Sounds like you didn't unzip the most recent version of mccmdcenter.package and overwrite the older version in your mods folder. Since the new version of the package file has new translations specific to Occult, if you don't have that file, you will just see blank boxes instead of words.So i downloaded the mccmdcenter scriptandpackage 230 zip again, overwrote the old version but still I have blank bars. I mean that they will not be bypassed? For an experiment I would like to make a household of 4 roommates, place them in a house with enough facilities and then just watch and see what happens. I will not give them any task to do. I will not give them any task to do. In that case I think it will be more interesting if your mod would include them in the random events ( marriages, pregnancies, job so) your mod generates.It's always recommended to delete all your package and ts4script files when downloading a new version. You should never have to worry about your mcsettings.cfg file.
It's always safe to leave. Other than that, screenshots and your mccmdcenter.log and LastExceptions.txt file from the Sims 4 folder could help figure things out. It's just the only thing that has anything to do with the menus is the mccmdcenter.package file. If you are missing it, you'll have no menus. If you have the wrong version, you'll be missing strings so you'll have the menus but some will be blank (the new additions like MC Occult).It is not possible to have your active family handled by the mod. It's always been the purpose of this mod to give Story Progression to the NPC's as the core Sims 4 did not have any. Your active Sims have always had Story Progression in that they are under your control.
So bypassing them has always been intended. With the new autonomous Woohoo added by EA and the ability with MC Woohoo to do autonomous Try for Baby, you could leave everyone on 'autonomous' mode and see what happens.but from my experience, Sims are awful in full autonomous mode and make terrible decisions on what interactions to do and you end-up with a lot of unhappy Sims.JoieWilder25th Dec 2015 3:55 AM.
Is there a way to completely turn off all the progression (marriages/affairs/pregnancies/moving/etc) in a certain save but leave the mod intact for other saves? I have one story save where I need to be in control of what's going on in my towns, but I want to have the progression for my other casual saves.The only suggestion I have for you right now is to set-up all of MC Command Center with MC Pregnancy and everything in a separate mod folder and make a copy of that mod folder without MC Pregnancy and MC Population. My guess is that you're clicking on another Sim in your active family and expecting to see the same Sim commands that you would see clicking on an NPC Sim, which will not be the case. You can't use 'Set Active Relationship' to set a relationship with one active and another. Like most of MC Command Center, it's aimed at NPC Sims.in this case, the NPC Sims and their relationship with the active Sim. For active Sims, I always felt you could just build the relationship up with them yourself because they live together and it's just a matter of interacting between them.In the case of needing to forget a relationship between two active Sims, which people have had to do in the past to fix the incest bug in the core game, what most people do, I believe, is move the child Sim into an NPC household, use the 'Forget Active Sim' command on them and then move them back into the active household.That was exactly the case. I have speed type set to absolute and the speed i changed from the default of 25 to 75 but the game is still running at normal speed as if im not using this mod. Am i missing something?I do have scripts enabled and i know the mod is working in my game its just the speed which isnt changingMy suggestion if something is not appearing to work correctly is always to check the mccmdcenter.log file first and see if there's any information in that. Otherwise, are you sure it's 'Absolute' time speed you want? Like I describe on the setting description and in the patch notes, most people tend to want the 'Relative' time change because they don't want their Sims to go to school and work at weird hours.
