Maybe this is a feature of windows 7, but all of the native microsoft 'windows' have lost their minimize/maximize/close buttons. They are still there, and they work fine, you just can't see them! So for instance, if I click in the top right corner of the window, the windows will close, if a click a little to the left, the window will maximize (or restore), and if the same for minimize. I have taken to using the alt+space+C/X/N but am curious if this is going to be resolved.

The wierd part is that they still show up in non-microsoft products, like iTunes, skype, and Kaspersky. Anyone else having this problem?

I have this issue recently. It happened because I'm using High Performance configuration in Radeon graphic Catalyst Control Centre (CCC). Yes I am using Ati Radeon graphic card. After I change into standard performance, the title bar (min,max,close) is back to normal.I think there's some bug with Radeon and W10.

Because this configuration also effecting the internet video. I can't watch any video in internet, even in tubecast app, especially with HTML5 video.So if you using Radeons as VGA card, try to change the configuration into standard, or just click reset icon on CCC.
