Great for shutting down enemy pushes into your territory. Bit expensive though.-Concentrated Fire.

How does it compare to LMG42?Im not sure of its stats but I've had vet 2 Tommies with 1 Vickers K win over vet 2 lmg grens in equal cover quite decisively. Its far better than the Bren thats for sure.
Two of them make IS quite potent.And for the lulz, try Heavy Engineers with Bolster. Equip them with another couple Vicker Ks and they stomp most infantry easily. You can also drop them for your team mates. Skyrim for honor armor.
