I would mostly agree save for a couple things.Hunk is always seen with the gas mask, so he probably trains with it too, and he'd probably be used to the field of vision it provides. I've worn ones like that and they don't inhibit your vision too terribly bad, but it is noticeable. Someone who is used to wearing them would not be handicapped, per-say. He's likely so used to it it's second nature to move, see, and fight like that. Would it be easier to fight without it? Yes, for someone who has not trained in fighting while wearing one, but again, he is used to wearing it.In terms of fighting with equipment though the advantages of wearing a gas mask are also considerable, as Hunk could use things like tear gas or other chemical weapons that Leon would certainly be affected.
