Nadim -Good question. Microsoft has definitely made this harder in Microsoft Project 2010 and 2013 than it used to be in the 2007 version and earlier.

Yang:I agree with the comments around the use of the Notes field, but would like to add that - in addition to entering Notes through the Task Information window, one task at a time - you can also insert the Notes column/field like any other column. The Notes column will contain comments entered through the Task Information window's Notes tab, but will also accept Notes/Comments directly.
Essentially, the Notes tab and the Notes column are two different windows on the same field. In the column format, all notes are clearly visible for each task - with perhaps the requirement to either widen the column or the height of lines which do not display the entire Note.(Administrator: If this point was already submitted in another post, please delete this email).Joe.
